We want you to have a fun and relaxing stay while also respecting our home, our neighbors, and the city’s guidelines. Please take a moment to review:

🚪 Backyard Gate
For your safety and privacy, we kindly ask that guests do not open the backyard gate door during your stay. The backyard is fully accessible from inside the unit.

🌡️ Thermostat

• Pre-set to keep the home comfortable during your stay
• Please do not adjust settings — changes can cause HVAC issues and water leaks
• Tampering may result in charges for necessary repairs which will be passed along to you

🔇 Noise & Quiet Hours

• Keep noise at a normal level indoors and outdoors.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 9 AM.
• Noise complaints reported by neighbors can result in a $200 charge.
• If excessive noise progresses after a warning, authorities may be
contacted and your stay will be terminated, in addition to fines.

🗑️ Trash

• Do not leave trash outside doors, in backyards, or on the ground near
bins.
• If you have an extended stay and need to dispose of garbage bags,
please note that there is a dumpster between the gray and tan building.
Please place all trash bags inside the outdoor containers/dumpsters
• Excess, undisposed trash may result in additional fees.

👥 Occupancy

• The maximum allowed is 6 guests for this 2-bedroom home (day or night)
• Unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Fine of $150/night for unregistered guest

🚗 Parking

• On-site reserved parking available for up to 2 vehicles
• 1st vehicle is included with stay and must be registered once stay is
booked
• 2nd vehicle is not guaranteed at all times - subject to additional daily cost
and space availability, especially during major events
• No street parking

🎉 No Parties or Events

• Parties and special events are not permitted at any time
• Fine: $1000 violation fee and cancellation

🐾 Pets

• We love animals, but this home is pet-free
• Fine: $150 cleaning fee for unauthorized pets

🚭 No Smoking

• Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited inside and
outside the property
• Tampering with smoke or CO2 detectors will result in immediate removal
• Fine: $1000 deep cleaning fee if smoke is detected inside

🚽 Toilets & Drains

• Only flush toilet paper — no paper towels, wipes, or other products
• Helps keep plumbing smooth and trouble-free for your stay ✅
• Plumbing / Maintenance - all costs associated with clogged toilets or drains will be passed along

🔐 Liability

• Hosts/owners are not responsible for theft, damage, towing, or other issues during your stay
• Guests are liable for any damage to the home or property during their visit beyond normal wear and tear
