Home is centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth providing access to all the popular sites in North Texas. Only 10 minutes from DFW airport . Spa or Pool only heated upon advanced request between 10am to 9.30pm . The heater system only accommodates the entire pool at 78-82degrees or spa to 95-99 degrees . When the outside temperature is lower than 40 degrees, we will not be heating the pool or spa because it can be detrimental to the heating system .
Pool/Spa Heat fee is $80 per day or if you only want the Spa Heat $50 per day. House Nightly rate covers the first 8 guests , additional guests $20 per night per person. Pre approval is required for visitors. Visitors who stay over 9pm will be charged as additional guests.
