This 2 bedroom apartment is full of natural light during the day and should provide a comfortable, relaxing place to land after a full day of your Dallas experience.

You'll have access to the entire private apartment, reliable Wi-Fi and washer and dryer.

For guests needing assistance with checking in after 10:30pm, call your host and co-host & please allow them at least 1 hour to respond.

If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee that is requested the day of your checkin. This fee helps us keep Airbnb's hosting standards and cleaning protocols.

We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections. No parties. We are responsible hosts and if we get a report of a party, we will take action.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.

We give our guests their space but are available primarily through the platform's messaging and also by phone if needed.
