Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment, outdoor dining area, and parking for one vehicle. The main house is occupied and there is no guest access.
Other things to note
The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped but does not include a gas or electric stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, or washer/dryer. Street parking is available directly in front of the main house. This is a private upstairs unit with no shared walls and no guest access to the main house, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive stay.

There is zero tolerance for parties or gatherings. Each additional guest beyond the reservation will incur a $50 fee. Small to midsize pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee.
