The Space: Everything you need is within easy reach. Our building has a lounge, bark park, an unbelievable wellness studio/gym. This is a gated complex with free street parking as well.

Kitchen/Laundry: Fully equipped for anything you might need! *Full sized appliances (dishwasher, electric range/stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board) *Microwave, coffee maker (with complimentary coffee), toaster, blender, food processor, pots and pans and basic spices for cooking.
Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment and common areas (lounge, dog park and gym).
The Neighborhood: The area is a is a vibrant and dynamic area offering a mix of entertainment, dining, and natural attractions. Located in Northwest Dallas, it's conveniently close to several key locations: Proximity to Key Areas: The property is near Love Field Airport, the West Love District, and UTSW Medical Center. It's also not far from the Design District, Uptown, and Downtown Dallas, making it a strategic location for both work and leisure.
Getting Around: Scooter and bike shares are easily accessed from this home, and public transport stations are nearby. There is reserved parking available for guest and street parking for visitors. Ride shares are affordable from this area due to its central location.
Other Things to Note: Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 21 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Security camera/recording device — exterior of the home/apartment only and records people coming in/out of the listing and safety.
TRUST AND SAFETY: The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $3,000 of accidental coverage for contents and property damage. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
Refund & Processing Fee Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to make the refund process as smooth as possible. Please note that all payments processed through the VRBO platform are subject to a standard 3% payment processing fee charged by Stripe. Because this fee is applied to both incoming and refunded transactions, it is non-refundable. This means that in the event of a cancellation or refund (even when the cancellation falls within the eligible refund window), the refunded amount will be the total paid minus the 3% processing fee. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us keep our business sustainable while continuing to provide high-quality stays for all our guests.

Great spot tucked into the city with great security and on sight fratures
Great security! You have a gate with the key fob to get in to the property. You have a passcode in to the main building as well as the gym the lounge and the pool areas. And then a separate passcode into your private residence. Best part is the small yard for your fury travel companions.
