We welcome pets based on size, but advance notice is required to avoid reservation cancellation. A pet cleaning fee applies as follows:



* **Stays of 1–4 nights:** \$25 per night, per pet

* **Stays of 5–29 nights:** \$200 total per pet

* **Stays of 30+ nights:** \$300 total per pet

**Rental Agreement**

Guests must sign a rental agreement upon booking confirmation. By booking, you agree to:

**Verification Timeline**

All required verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day reservations). Reservations may be canceled if requirements are not met on time.

Please Note:

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.



A $35 Damage Protection Program applies to your stay and protects against accidental damages up to $150.
