Third floor has the entertainment room complete with a smart TV, full bathroom and a great big porch. This room can also function as a 4th bedroom..

Everything is there for you. we have a washer and dryer in the unit.

You are minutes from the Ford Center, Toyota, Liberty mutual and just 25 minute drive from DFW. Plano's Legacy area is pretty incredible. There are walking areas, parks, restaurants, retail, live music venues and more. We are also just 2 blocks off the main highways so you can get anywhere in the metroplex easily.
