The gym renovation is complete and now open 24/7. The pool is also operational and ready for use.

To comply with legal and community requirements, all guests WILL be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, verify contact info, complete our verification portal, and in some cases, undergo a background check. Failure to comply will result in cancellation and denied entry.

All guests must also sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms of the stay. By booking, you agree to the following:



* You accept our rental terms and conditions

* You acknowledge the requirement to provide a valid ID and matching credit card before check-in

* You may be subject to a background check if required by the building or management



Minimum age to book: 22 for non-locals, 25 for locals. No weapons or drugs are permitted—violations will result in immediate police involvement.



Noise Policy: Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time and must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.



We are pet-friendly (1 pet allowed) with a required pet fee, as detailed in the house rules.



Due to Texas climate and seasonal changes, occasional sightings of bugs (ants, roaches, etc.) may occur. We have regular professional pest control and can send someone if needed.



Guests do not have access to mailboxes or package deliveries.



Shared amenities like the pool and gym are managed by the building and may be closed for cleaning or maintenance at their discretion.



We provide basic starter amenities (soap, toilet paper, etc.), but guests staying long-term will need to restock as needed.



Guest Access:

You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.



COVID-19 amenities update: The building amenities are currently open. We always comply with local health and safety measures, which continue to evolve, so we recommend contacting us before your stay to check the latest status.



The Neighborhood:

The community is located in Arlington, within minutes from DFW Airport, Six Flags, and the Cowboys stadium. Easy access to Highway 30 means convenient access to Dallas and also Fort Worth!



Getting Around:

We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
