"The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. "Everything rates 5 stars. My only suggestion is that while there was a lock on the outside door to enter the property, there was no lock or keyed entry to the door specific to the apartment we stayed. Meaning every time we left the apartment, we had to l;eave the door unlocked."

"This was a delightfully appointed property, with easy parking and short walks to all of Olde Town. It was clean and thoughtful, and brought some zen to our down time when we needed to rest. It's proximity to the public transit makes it an ideal location for a short jaunt into downtown Denver, which we didn't do this trip, but will consider staying here again in the future if there's ever a concert or event in Denver that we want to see. We loved our stay. "
