"Room as clean but floor very dirty. No coffee available in the room and they told us they had coffee in the lobby at 9 am, however we never found any. The remote on the TV didn’t work to turn the TV off on. We had to use the button on the television to turn it on and off. When we arrived at the hotel, we wanted to pay cash for our room however they had already charged my card. In addition they charged my card in additional $5.29 over what my receipt from Expedia showed. When ask why they said...
