"Property was exactly as advertised. Room was clean. Closest city was an absolute dump, and the place was small, so we felt the price was on the high side. But, we knew what we were getting. One negative about the rental was there wasn't anywhere to put the garbage when we left, so we had to take it with us. Overall it was as advertised, clean, quiet, and we felt safe."

Host was communicative. However, there was a significant amount of noise given that you are across the street from busy train tracks.
