"As part of a girls' trip, my sisters and I were fortunate to have booked a stay at the Johnny Cash "Rambler." What a darling place! The decor is really clever, the accommodations are well thought out, and the location is central to just about everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , and highly recommend it!!!"

"Host was very helpful in finding the property. He even waited for me to arrive on a dark, rainy evening."

"Cabin was clean. Kitchen had all the essentials to make easy breakfast and the front patio was peaceful and quiet to enjoy a morning brew as the family took there time getting ready."

"We stayed 3 nights and McKenzie made us feel right at home. She gave advice on restaurants and other need-to-know items when we checked in. Coffee and breakfasts were greatly appreciated and always right at the time promised. All furniture in the common room and outside was very comfortable as was the bed in our room. Thisnis a lovely property. Highly recommend Dakota Dream for anyone traveling to the Custer area!"

"Clean. Great location. Within walking distance to town."

"We were traveling a long way and had a reservation. The cabin was easy to find, perfect for the two of us. Having a kitchen was great to fix quick meals and getting on with our adventures. Paul gave us great suggestions about the area and went out of his way to provide us with some kitchen utensils that were not in the...

"Our family stayed in this cabin for a week and absolutely loved it. We knew what to expect with well water, so not a problem. It was perfect for the four of us. The owner was even nice enough to come by and check on us. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Custer in the future."

"Love staying here!"

"Wish entry steps were better, but otherwise it was a great little cabin!!!"

"We loved our stay and look forward to returning!"

"This is fantastic getaway for a couple, or even two couples. We were here with grandchildren who enjoyed everything from the board games, the rustic outdoor firepit, cooking and eating on the deck, and watching tv on the sofa. The shower was very good water pressure and hot water lasted adequately for 4 people"
