"This home is a great option with its location to everything in Toledo and Northwest Ohio. Fantastic view of the Maumee River with a 3 outdoor decks and a sotting area down at the river bank. Some have shared the neighborhood is suspect, but it is an old and depressed area of Toledo. We didn’t encounter one sketchy moment or even a police siren over our 4 night long weekend stay. "Great location, old renovation well done and was comfortable. Our only negative was we arrived on a Sunday evening and seemed as if cleaning crew just skipped thru cleaning from the from previous occupants. All trash cans were full counter top had food crumbs and microwave and refrigerator were not wiped out. Nothing that could not be fixed by us in a short period of time. Just kinda made our first impression unexpected. We felt this is not the normal bedding and bathroom was clean."

"The house is beautiful. Perfect for our needs. Concerned that all exits but one were non-functioning. Had trouble with the alarm system. Police came twice during our stay. Host gave us the alarm code after we contacted them about the problem but the alarm was still going off with the police. Many light bulbs need replaced. Just a small issue. Had a great weekend."

"This was the perfect spot for a staycation. The property was clean, updated, modern, and the outdoor area was perfect to sit outside and read which was exactly what I was looking for. "No problems checking in or out. Perfect location, you can walk to jet Express to go to put in bay (it's next door to the condos). The weather was beautiful and we were able to use the pool and Jacuzzi, which were very nice. There is the beach right behind it. (I will post a picture from the condo back room.) The decor in the condo was beautiful. We absolutely loved it. We would stay there again and we would recommend this place to others. 10/10 for me and my husband. "
