"Beautiful home with everything you need. "

"A lovely mix of mini-farm-stay but in accommodation with all of the modern conveniences. Loved the quiet location, feeding the very friendly chickens, birdlife, and lovely hosts. Yes, the property (more so the surrounds) aren't immaculately curated, but that was absolutely fine with us. The only real negative was the advertised gas heating had been removed, and the replacement oil heaters were a tad inadequate. Would definitely like to return in the non-winter period."

"A lovely well-appointed place in easy walking distance to beautiful beaches and bush walks."

"The property was neat and tidy, Quiet, close to the beach with shops not far away. It is very clean, well set up for the little dogs and the property managers (Professional Holiday Homes) were extremely fast and efficient in our dealings as we left a few items behind."

"I had stayed at Callala Bay before so I was already aware of the beautiful area to stay at but my family hadn't. So they got more than a pleasant surprise at what they found when they opened the blinds on the sliding doors at the back of the house. It was a very relaxing space with plenty of room for people to have space from others. Games, books internet so mny pluses- we even saw dolphins swim by. Our furbaby loved the leash free beach & huge backyard to explore in. Can't wait to come back...

"From the moment we parked up to 4 vehicles, the 3 br home with ensuites to all were breathtaking. The BBQ area was nice and the rear deck relaxing, to see the the sunset overlooking green paddocks. Each room has its own toilet, bath and shower. The kitchen is decked out for food preparation. Will definitely go back... a stunning homestead in a quiet area of Berry. The township is welcoming and quaint."

"3 generations from the one family on holiday and absolutely loved it.Did both beach fishing and lake fishing. Still talking about the one that got away!The property was lovely. The kids 11 and 12 used the bunk beds and have now requested the same bunk beds at home.Grandad had his own room and so did Dad. Perfect for all to have their own space.Looking forward to staying again."

"Pros - extremely beautiful farm land view. Incredible sunset walk available up the hill where we saw cows. Sunrise is also nice but the sun does come directly in the room from the east and can get hot- all inclusive kitchen facilities (there is a stove and diswasher, this is unclear in the photos.) There is a coffee machine but we couldnt figure out how to use and simple cereal, coffee tea and milk provided. - Decor is as images, quite nice- comfortable beds and pillows - ac, heater, fans, tv...

"Absolutely delightful property. Beautiful sun drenched garden with secure fencing. House is clean and nicely furnished, with a very well appointed kitchen. The location is perfect - quiet and only a couple of minutes to the beach. Very dog friendly. Robyn was an excellent host - very clear and responsive communication. Highly recommend."

"This is a great little cottage, very comfy and homely!The floor plan, layout, furnishings and appliances are all very well considered and it was a fantastic accomodation for our family.Any available winter sun pours in from the north facing windows.Great hosts.Thanks for a great stay!"

"The house was basic, as expected, with just enough of everything that was needed. Our main issue was a strange odour in the dining/ kitchen area that lasted the entire stay."

"A place to remind ourselves to slow down and enjoy the little things. You feel so well cared for! Culburra Beach is only 250 m up the road and Callala Beach a 10 minutes drive away. Culburra Sands is perfect in every way!"
