It is unacceptable that your staff knocks loudly on people’s doors at 8am while also loudly chit chatting with each other while people are sleeping. I am not paying $150 a night to be woken up by loud knocks on nearby doors. This is supposed to be relaxing. People also go to hotels to wind down and get a break from family chaos. "We smelled smoke while in our room so we bought airspray. Also the area wasn’t all that safe with the motel 6 up the street and a those people hanging out in the street. Didn’t feel really secure."
