"Everything was incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable, and we really felt like we were at home. The back patio and man cave were special treats and wonderful places to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it was nice to interact with neighbors who are friendly. We stayed two days to ski at Holiday Valley, and enjoy Ellicotville. We were able to walk to town, it was just under a mile, and there are sidewalks the whole way. I’d definitely stay here again! "
