The spacious dining area features a large 4x8 ft table that seats 8 comfortably, and there's even a high chair for the little one.
Step outside to enjoy the heated salt water "Cocktail Pool" (13x16 ft) with a 4x6 ft sundeck, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The screened lanai adds even more living space, complete with:

Boaters will love the 20 ft wood dock on the canal. There is also a boat house with a slip available. Please note the boat lift is not included, this area serves as a boat slip for up to a 24ft bay boat. Please be mindful of tides, especially in the winter, to ensure boat access during low tides. Trailer parking is available with a designated 48ft driveway, and a public boat launch is just around the corner.
