Waterfront Condo with Dock

Welcome to our vacation home! Our family enjoys this condo during the summer months, and we are looking for respectful and conscientious renters to enjoy our vacation home during the winter months. Private assigned dock with 4,000lb boat lift. Go kayaking in in the islands or launch your boat directly into the gulf! Cable TV, High-speed internet, and utilities included.
All applicants will require a credit check and at least one referral from non-family members. Minimum rental is 3 months.
Room Description: Master bedroom has a master bath and walk-in closet and patio doors to balcony. Second bedroom has side-access to the balcony and a large closet. Bedrooms are furnished with memory foam king-size mattresses and seascape bedding. Downstairs has a half-bath. Fully furnished kitchen with electric range, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and basic pots, pans, and dishes. Downstairs patio includes outdoor patio chairs and table. Dining room has a table with 4 chairs. Two sofas are in the living room with a 65" smart TV. 55" smart TV in the Master bedroom. Additional Amenities: Home is beach themed with turquoise and coral colors. Plenty of storage options both indoor under-stairs closet and outdoor corral.
