"Our stay here was just ok. The price was not worth it in our opinion. You get no extra amenities. They don't even make sure that the people paying to stay can enjoy the full experience. I didn't even know you have to reserve the dining 24 hrs in advance and they make no acceptions. Not to mention, I was completely ignored when I walked into the main office to check in. About 10 staff walked past me without any acknowledgement. I will not be returning."

"Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross"
