"Quaint hotel in beautiful location near footpaths leading to good walks in the countryside. The room was reasonably comfortable, though a little hot for a Summer day. Our room did not face the valley and so had no special view.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was very good, especially the coffee.
Good value for money for a pleasant break."

"On our arrival we were greeted by the most cheerful host who introduced herself as Sian. She made us feel most welcome.
She showed us to our beautiful family room overlooking the Groe Park and the rugby pitch alongside the River Wye. The room was spotless, with a double and single bed and 2 very comfy armchairs in the alcove looking out at the gorgeous view. Sian went out of her way to show concern and interest in the reasons for our visit to Builth.
