"The apartment is beautifully restored, whimsically decorated with very nice furniture which is also comfortable. There are lights and outlets everywhere!! Linens and towels sparking clean and brand new!! All kinds of kitchen equipment. As an “older person”!! I had a little trouble navigating the shower that is in an enclose tub but that would not be a problem for the young. It is in a part of town with a moderately busy street and a rooster in the am!! "This is a very nice updated one-bedroom apartment in a central location. Restaurants are within walking distance. The building has an elevator. The kitchen has everything you need. I enjoyed my stay. Just one caveat: the train tracks run just behind the building. The trains aren’t constant, but they do blow their horn at the intersection. I brought earplugs, and the noise didn’t keep me from sleeping "

"Very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed apartment was perfect for my purposes as I attended a reunion at a facility three miles away. Apart from the facility there was not much close by, but that contributed to the quiet, which I appreciated. Common spaces in building were not charming or particularly welcoming , but the location felt safe to this solo female traveler."

"All was as advertised. The Xfinity INDOOR theatre us across the the street. Xfinity OUTDOOR theatre/ arena is only about a .8 mile walk away. We took an UBER there and walked back after our concert"

"Our stay at Karl's was great. The space was perfect for relaxing, and having our family stop by. The bed was very comfortable! There were a few restaurants in walking distance. Karl was in touch as needed when we had questions leading up to our stay."
