"We spent 2 fabulous nights here. Don and Aylwin were lovely. Allowed us to arrive early to make the most of our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were perfect and they catered for my vegan daughter which was great. If we ever return to Norwich, this is where we would want to stay."

"We were made to feel very welcome. The food is excellent, local suppliers clearly listed. Extensive wine list. Outside area for drinks and dinner is attractive. Very friendly staff We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. "

"We stayed in Holly Room at Holly Lodge , it was an amazing experience from start to finish !!! The check was so simple even in the dark at a very late hour Our room and facilities within the room were stunning 😍 The service the following morning was 2nd to none and the food , presentation was perfect and so tasty . The gardens were so pretty , wild but very well maintained. Coedy was so lovely as were all the staff ... i loved the open plan kitchen area ! the little snug was stunning id...

"Really loved staying here. I got an upgrade to an apartment... large downstairs room with king size bed and dining area, big bathroom and upstairs a lovely sitting room. Staff were friendly and professional. I felt very welcome."

"My stay was comfortable, but due to regulations, the windows could only open 6 inches. I came on the hottest weekend of the year and the room was 25 degrees at night without a breeze. I have suggested a fan for such nights in the future. This was a lovely stay and Richard is very helpful. I can recomment this B&B to anyone who is looking for a close to the centre/beach holiday in Cromer. I would hope to return again. Thank you Richard."
