Upon arrival, I encountered disappointing service at the check-in counter. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive, which was quite frustrating after a long journey. Furthermore, the location of my room was dreadful. It was situated in a noisy area where the incessant traffic outside and the internal noise...

Ponto negativo, no checkin me informaram que o bar funcionava até 22:00 para refeições, porém as 21:30 já não tinha ninguém atendendo e estava fechado. Dormimos sem pedir refeições e como tínhamos que estar no aeroporto as 5:00 saímos sem café. "
