Our recently remodeled home is perched on a hillside, offering stunning views of Creede and the iconic Creede Cliffs. Guests can soak in the morning sunshine and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The prime location is just a short walk from Creede's Main Street, where you'll find charming shops, cozy restaurants, and the renowned Creede Repertory Theater.

2nd Bedroom - Two (2) Twin Bed and One Double Bed (Upper Floor Loft)-The stairs to the loft are steep.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a maximum of $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Years and 4th of July holidays).

Please Note: For guests staying with us for 30 days or more, we require the property to be cleaned every 30 days. This cleaning service is an additional charge and will be applied separately from the fees displayed at the time of booking.
