"This is a special house. It is far more grand than it appears from the outside. Inside, soaring ceilings, beautiful woodwork and impressive gallery quality timber furniture pieces abound. Being in the house feels like being sheltered by a massive tree. Beautiful craftsmanship everywhere. Sunny. bright, welcoming, incredible views from every window. Sparkling clean, generously appointed with anything a traveler could possibly need. An extra lovely touch was a closet full of excellent toys, and...

"Our group of 5 ladies stayed at the Hot Toddy for two nights and we wished we had booked it for at least one more night to take advantage of all the amenities. We came down to spend a day at the hot springs which was very close by. The property was adorable, comfortable, clean and had beautiful scenery. We loved our trip so much and would definitely come back to this property on our next trip to Pagosa."

"Second time staying at this house and skiing Wolf Creek. Great location to the small town of South Fork. Easy checkin and out. No real issues with the property and easily fit 12 adults / older teens and 1 baby. Great hot tub after the slopes and fire pit down by the river. Great views from house as well. Use Rocky Mountain Ski for your gear they’re great. Will be back again and hopefully not take 6 years like the last time."

"Very cute, well-stocked condo that was a much better value than any area hotel. Was off-season for Telluride so it felt like we had the whole town to ourselves. The community hot tub was modern and cozy. Just steps from our condo, we had the hot tub to ourselves all weekend. This would be the ideal place to stay during skiing season."

"This was genuinely the best experience we have had for a vacation rental for the purpose of unwinding. We thoroughly enjoyed (and were pleasantly surprised by) the quality of the bath house. We adored the ability to sit around the fires at night making dinner, watching the local bird life (brand new goslings and active hummingbirds among others), and stare at the stars. Their friendly doggo loved playing fetch with us. Town was only a few minutes away and had everything we could possibly need....
