"Jim was excellent at communicating directions and gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area after living in Lake City for so long. Restaurants were within walking distance, and the house was in the middle of town so very convenient. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Lake City. Also dog friendly was a big plus for us as we travel with our dogs so much. "

"I will definitely stay here when I return to Lake City! The layout and details made the studio feel much larger than it really was! Quiet, within short walking distances of excellent restaurants, and surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery! I enjoyed the small fenced yard with picnic table with umbrella, and flowers along the entry walk."

"The Gowdy apartment was very clean and comfortable. Jim met us and explained everything we needed to know and was helpful throughout our stay. We loved the location, and the back yard was great for having other family members come visit. We have been going to Lake City 50 years and stayed in a variety of houses and cabins and this is our favorite. We will certainly be back!"

"The loft is a quite a unique place. Nestled in the heart of down town pagosa, this spot is a gem. Four bedrooms, and 1 bath with another restroom just down the hall. It was close to both springs and shops and restaurants. I would recommend to anyone who wants close access to down town with out the spring prices. "

"Neaux Better Place is a beautiful location and close to town, very easy to find. We did a lot of sightseeing locally and drove to Ouray and South Fork, CO. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We found this wonderful Honeyville company near Durango. The honey is delicious. We enjoyed our time in Pagosa Springs and at Neaux Better Place."

"We truly loved our stay in this spacious "loft".
