"We had such an incredible time in Montrose, CO—it truly felt like a little escape! The house was super cozy, very clean, and clearly well taken care of. Valerie is a fantastic host—so kind and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. She really made everything easy and stress-free. The house had everything we needed for a comfy, relaxing stay. And the location? Perfect—just a short drive to the stunning Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’d come back in a heartbeat!"

"We had a very pleasant stay thanks to the genuine friendliness of the other guests. Rooms are quite small but clean a comfortable bed. Creek in the back was a nice touch for the common area but wished the table and chairs had been cleaned.place just needs a little sparkle. Host was very responsive."
