"Stunning visit- stayed just for 1 night but could not have been better. Upgraded room to Suite which was stunning. Flawless service, great food, and the Spa was brilliant. Thanks to all the team, really special stay. Feedback note- some confusion between kitchen and hotel services as to whether breakfast was included- kitchen disputed whether it was included which is a little awkward. Apart from this very minor note, was fantastic. "

"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. "We had a wonderful visit, the village and surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful with lots of places to walk. Close to the busy, touristy villages for visits but we were glad to escape back to the quiet after a day out exploring. The cottage is extremely well equipped and very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mark is a very responsive host and gave us lots of information on the area. Hope to return soon. "
