"Loved the modern touches and obvious attention to detail. Room was bright, warm and beds were comfortable. Exactly as expected. The resteraunt downstairs was perfect...food, drinks, pool table, darts. All around great stay!"

"I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the hotel cleanliness and feeling right at home at The Heritage Inn. Its an old fashion hotel that has class & makes you feel welcome everytine you arrive. And their breakfast, which was included, was phenomenal....very well made & delicious. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you have a loved one with you like your mother or father....the hotel majes you feel at home."

"Rooms was clean and had everything we needed. Having Dennys attached to the hotel was incredible convenient with them being open all hours and serving something for everyone, we had dinner and breakfast there and everyone enjoyed the food and the staff there were great also. Great location just minutes away from where we needed to be and close to anything you could need in Cranbrook. Would definately stay at this Sandman again for the great location and easy access to food at the Dennys."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee tastes great, did not have the chance to try the ski slopes but the outdoor hot tub was an amazing experience. ALL staff were amazing, friendly especially front desk agent Eric, very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. Will definitely come back to stay every year, if not more.
