"Our host was very prompt & clear in her communication. She answered a few questions quickly, and I got the check-in information on time as well. The property is very cozy & comfortable. The bed was comfy, as was the couch. The big screen television had free Netflix & Hulu to choose from. The internet instructions were clear and easy to use. "Had a small issue with the master bedroom, however the host was quick to offer solutions. Everything else was great…huge yard with dog disposal, inside had pretty much everything you need and other reviewers all commented on it. Super close to the Triple Crown hikes. If I had to nitpick? More blinds or curtains for increased privacy. Otherwise, really great property and host!"

"A perfect getaway to celebrate the holidays! We visited Eagles Rest with my one month shy of 90 year-old mother, and two adult kids. We appreciated the welcoming amenities and meticulously clean and cozy atmosphere! Having two bedrooms on the primary floor was helpful for older guests, and the loft suite was beautifully private! "Everything was very nice, but the lighting needed to be a little bit brighter in the room. The parking was great. The room was clean. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was OK. Well stocked we enjoyed our stay the tub could’ve been a little bit better or bigger but other than that, everything was great.
