"We loved our stay here. We were traveling to Maryland and stopped here for an overnight. Communication with the host was easy and we certainly had plenty of space to spread out. Really, the only downside is that it's maybe 15-20 minutes off the highway, so a little bit out of the way, but we felt safe in the neighborhood and there is a designated parking spot for visitors. The bed was comfortable, you can use the washer and dryer if you need, there is a mini fridge for holding things...

"Unit was clean and well stocked. Location was great in downtown with lots going on. That being said it should be noted there is street traffic noise as would be expected. Also very strick 9:00 pm quiet hour enforced. Units near by have tenants that live on property. "

"Great place if your on a budget, love cute downtown Roanoke and have dogs! The concrete and industrial look is so pleasant. I love the backyard for my French bulldogs and appreciate that it’s close to downtown so I ran every morning to the cute Farmers market and precious downtown. It’s become the place I love to stay when I visit my family "
