"Estabelecimento, estadia e atendimento perfeitos! Equipe do hotel sempre disposta a ajudar, fizemos um check in bastante tarde mas as instalações e equipe estavam nos aguardando. Acabamos precisando ficar mais um dia e fomos atendidos com a maior presteza. Recomendo muito, para quem busca uma instalação de altíssima qualidade, por um preço justo e com localização bastante interessante (em torno de 10 minutos a pé da estação central e uns 5 minutos do centro histórico, em uma caminhada bastante...

"We were met by Julia at the reception desk. She was very helpful.The apartment is beautiful! No expense has been spared to decorate it with gorgeous antique furniture. Krokow main square is a few minutes walk. If you open the windows the room is filled with the noise of people enjoying life and the horses clip clop by. Close the windows and you hear nothing from the street. I highly recommend this place. "

"Leo Apartments had everything I could ever want for a fraction of the price of a hotel. Everything was very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. It terms of proximity, it was a 20 minute walk to Old Town. Easy. The neighbor was fine. Typical. It was safe. I heard no noise from either the street or neighbors. I highly recommend it. "

"We had booked the Salve station, paid for & confirmed but a few hours before we checked in later that evening was called and emailed by Expedia that the place was overbooked and the property owners/mgmt company had another property threy could place us in. They sent a link to thier property with pics of the rooms. It looked fine and comparable so we accepted the change. When we arrived the room was nothing like the pics they sent and we had multiple issues with the room. - no ac or non...

"This is the perfect apartment to stay if visiting Krakow. The location is perfect. On the edge of Planty looking at the castle. The park runs all the way around the square so it’s so accessible to get around. It’s very safe with the front being gated. The apartment itself is stunning and a very high standard finish. Everything you need is in there for your stay. Comfy beds, very clean and quiet. The communication with loft affair was also superb, I love krakow and I will definitely be staying...
