"Nice modern NEW building, good 180 degree ocean rooftop view, powerful AC, comfortable bedding, but needs some adjustments. "Swing" rope chairs at kitchen counter are very uncomfortable, and are of NO practical value. No toaster which is very strange. Initially no drip coffee maker, it was supplied upon request on day 3. No desk height surface for computer work, the dining room table is six inches too high for keyboard use and kitchen counter has no usable chairs. No plastic pitcher for drinks....

"Kippal was not our first choice, let me explain. We had rented a condo along the beach south of town. Unfortunately, a hurricane, Beryl, had visited the island days before we arrived. The condo we had reserved had not power due to power lines being down, so the owners of the condo we very gracious to provide us with a full refund. "I was in Cozumel for Ironman and wanted a place near the finish line that was also walkable to groceries, supplies, etc. The Kippal Property was located in an ideal area of town and was very comfortable & accommodating. Communication was outstanding throughout. Noise levels outside were fine (something I was concerned about). I'd stay again. "

"The area was perfect, just off 5th Ave but quiet. Beautiful treed area, close to beaches and packed full of wonderful restaurants. Condo was exactly what was advertised, clean, safe, adult only pool and private pool all were exactly what we were hoping for. Communication with staff was 100% professional, friendly and ever so helpful. We hope to be able to stay again, there was so much more we wanted to see and do. "
