"Roy and another young lady were there to check us into the two-level luxury room and very kind and helpful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. AC kept us cool in a heatwave. "Great stay. Thank you to Joy for her help and making such a great overnight stay for my fiancés 30th bday. Photos did not do the property justice it was so spacious including the ground floor balcony. We will be coming back and can’t wait. The food was great and so was the breakfast & pancakes!! "Lovely clean apartment. Centrally located. Modern and fresh.
Tip- let travellers know that there is no internet access in the village, so to access the codes to allow entry meant going into a hotel and asking to use their WiFi. If I had known I would have screen shotted the codes before arrival. Also, far too hot and unable to figure out using the room temperature controller. Fan on all night but still much too hot. Please leave detailed instructions. Last tip for owners- used by many Cotswold...

"Almost everything about this stay was excellent. I would say that some of the interior is in need of maintenance (sagging floors) and one bathroom was tight spacing. The parking was not available but we were able to get parking nearby."

"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended."

"The location is great. We loved having the Old Fleece pub next door. The amenities are nice. The biggest issue with this accommodation is the lack of air flow. It can get warm and stuffy in warmer weather. There are no windows, and keeping the door open at night was not an option for us."
