"I would've given the property a higher rating, but the outside property is not what you're going to see that's listed in the photo.. the river is beautiful but...I sent the property manager many pictures of issues beginning with the lack of deep cleaning, especially for the kitchen ovens .. the one in the main house looked like it not been cleaned for a very long time..Our nanny found a sock with a substance in one of the drawers in the basement, and my daughter found dirty towels, and socks in...

"It was a clean and comfortable place to stay. The kids had tons of fun on the river and the nearby Island park was a great place to have a family picnic. Lewisburg is nearby with plenty of things for grownups as well. The driveway looks steeper than it actually is so don’t let that deter you from staying here."

We enjoyed that every room had 2 bathroom robes for guests, a pack n play for the baby, plenty of coffee grounds for morning coffees, the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in on vacation. "One of the best places we have stayed at! Lovely drive to the place. Lots of nature and wild life and beautiful landscape, I think we saw about 4 deer, 2 geese,1 turkey, and several squirrels on our drive. Loved the big roomy shower with rainfall shower head. Best night sleep in the king sized comfy bed. Would love to stay here again! "
