"Even though the lobby (it can’t be called a reception since there is just a table and a person standing for the check-ins and check-outs) is brand new, the rooms are old. I tried to have dinner at the restaurant and the waitress could not manage to speak in English and had to ask another guest’s help to inform me that the restaurant was full.
