Historic Stone Cottage near Sedona/Jerome

Step inside our remodeled 1940's stone cottage and feel right at home. Modern conveniences complement the historic charm of this unique space. Lovingly decorated with antiques collected over the years, this 3 bed/2 bath provides flexible lodging. Our well-stocked kitchen comes with everything you need to 'stay in' if you decide to. When you're ready to explore, you're within 20 minutes of Sedona and historic Jerome, and a short walk to Old Town for shopping, local fare, and Old World wines.

The space
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house, a nice fit for a group of friends, 2-3 couples, or small families. We can accommodate groups of six.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king-sized bed and natural lighting. It has its own private bathroom with a spa tub and a large closet. Smart TV w/access to Netflix.

Bedroom 2: This room has a queen bed and shares a hallway and full bath with the third bedroom.

Bedroom 3: Cozy with two twin beds, a nightstand and closet.

Kitchen: The fully renovated kitchen comes with an oven, electric stove, microwave and a marble island. A dual-temp wine cooler provides a place to keep your wine at the ready.

Fully equipped, comes with:
- 10-cup Mr. Coffee maker w/filters, creamer, and sweeteners
- Blender
- Crock pot
- Dishwasher
- Pots/pans/cooking utensils
- Condiments, etc.

Living/Dining Area: Dining table seats four and is also suitable as a working space. Four additional seats at the kitchen island. Living room has a leather corner sofa with 3 reclining seats designed for maximum comfort. Smart TV is equipped with Netflix access.

Laundry: Full washer/dryer units with soap provided.

Outdoor area: Our front porch comes with comfortable seating and plenty of shade to enjoy any time of day. A small, private side deck offers a small bistro table and seating for two.
