Check-in details was provided in advance of arrival and was clear to o tain the keys. The premises is sutuated close to the city centre and other amenities. So walking is an option if able. Such a great location, with shops, cinema, attractions and the thermae spa all within 10 minutes walk Bed was comfortable, good shower and reasonable amount of cooking utensils for a short stay As the sea is not far away, take earplugs as lots of seagull noise ! "We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended."
