"Room and property were overall clean & quiet! Very close to the village, we were able to walk to the shops, restaurants, etc—especially good if you plan to go out to casinos, Peek nightclub, etc. There’s a beach within walking distance, but even Nevada beach was a short drive away. Staff was very attentive when we had an issue with the lock & immediately fixed the problem. We didn’t use the pool, but looked clean as well."

"Perfeita a localização, pois exatamente a um ponto belíssimo do lago. Quarto muito amplo, cama muito confortável e tudo muito limpo. O ponto alto é a piscina super aquecida na parte externa. Possibilidade de uso até 10 PM. Hotel aconchegante. Apenas uma observação: talvez seja interessante renovar o carpet, verificar a manutenção da máquina de venda de água (não tinha água) e renovar o elevador ou verificar a manutenção, pois me pareceu ligeiramente perigoso. No mais, tudo perfeito. Funcionários muito simpáticos."

"Overall, I had a good stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff I interacted with throughout my stay were friendly, professional, and helpful. That said, the check-in experience was completely unacceptable. When I arrived, there were well over 50 people waiting in line, yet only two employees were working the front desk. The wait was far too long, and it’s hard to understand how a hotel could be so understaffed during what was clearly a busy check-in period. No matter how nice the property is, starting a stay by standing in a massive line because of inadequate staffing leaves a poor first impression. Once I finally got checked in, everything else went smoothly, which is why I’m still giving the hotel a good review overall. However, management needs to do a much better job staffing the front desk during peak arrival times. This is an issue that should be addressed."
