Close to the city center with bus/train stations, banks/ATMs. Turtle beach also very close, we can feed the friendly sea turtles and take photos. Kids friendly beach area. "Great property right on the beach , in comparison the prices in the hotel / restaurant are higher ( which is to be expected) . Staff was lovely , the hotel could do with some small updates / upgrades. Location is very good, under 10 mins to walk into town. Great place if you are looking for something that not in overcrowded part of Sri Lanka "

"The location of the hotel was just as it was described! We thoroughly enjoyed the stepping out of the hotel room to the beach. The walkability to the local little shops was a pleasant surprise. The lady at the front desk was profession yet friendly and extremely helpful. She spoke and understood English very well. We loved the very friendly waitstaff, and the Restautant on the beach was awesome! "
