No AC was a concern going into it for us TX folks (AC is a must in TX!!) but opening balcony door with a fan sucking in the 55 degree night air was perfect to really cool down the upper levels. Shops and dining are just a walk away. We hopped on scooters and had a blast. Fun date night idea. You save time and stress with the private beach front on property as well as parking. You can get a better deal. It’s everything you could imagine staying in South Lake Tahoe. We were so pleased with our stay. "
