"Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in. "Cleaning issues—-HVAC vent was blowing out black sooty material all over the bed closest to the vent. Not realizing this until night, I tried to cover the source with a pillow case. I left a note for housekeeping to address with management. The room should have been renovated, carpet smell of wet dog. Customer service was good at check in. Not staffed when I departed."
