"Needs better management to pay attention to details. For example, we book two rooms. One room was for 5 people and only one umbrella was found. If you know 5 people are coming common sense is to put more than 1 umbrella. The other room had no umbrella and took over 2 days to get just one. Shower head holder in bathrooms were loose and water was splashing everywhere. Only buffet was available, all restaurants were book for our entire 5 day stay unless we wanted to have dinner after 9pm. ...

"The alcohol was horrible you couldn’t even drink any of it. We had to go out buy the alcohol at supermarket to be able to drink it. The bartenders were nice but not enough of them to be efficient for the amount of people at the resort. The system of how to make reservations for the restaurants was only on certain time and you had to get up super early to form the line. The quality of the food in restaurants were just ok editable. "Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy! The staff made the stay much more than expected. They became like family. They were very attentive and patient with us through the language variances. The chef Chickie was excellent and would alter the menu as requested. Anna the housekeeper went beyond to ensure things were cleaned.
