"The cottage is in a great location. It is close to the beach and in a good neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our hosts were wonderful in keeping us informed and comforting me about a tsunami warning. They let us know that if we needed to evacuate, they would take us with them! (We were safe from the tsunami because of the height of the home above sea level)We had a great stay!"

"Having just packed up from an 8-day camping trip, the sweet, comfy and very private living room and bedroom suite above the garage was perfect for me. The rooms were very clean, there was plenty of hot water, the towels were new and soft and the Dish TV service excellent--plus the hosts kind and attentive. I hope to return to charming Ferndale one day, and enjoy staying at the old inn once again. "

"We loved the place and the hosts! The space is smallish, yet very comfortable, and extremely well curated - just the right things in all the right places throughout to make best use of the space. The décor seemed relaxed French country, fully updated. The back yard offered various places to sit and enjoy the landscaping and weather. The hosts were attentive, happy to engage, yet never intrusive. We'd certainly stay again when in the area."
