This unit is a 4 plex 1.8 miles to the famous Newport Beach and just a 10-15 minute drive to Disneyland. We just completed a major remodel including New Floors, New Paint, New Couch, New Bed, New Kitchen Cabinets, And New Appliances.. The towels and linens are plush, since those are the type of things I like in a vacation home. You have an assigned parking spot, and you are close to everything. Bars, grocery and restaurants are less then .5 radius..
This space is cozy and has everything you need.

Guest access

You have the entire home to yourself, and I hope you don't mind checking yourself in.. I would love to be able to greet you, but I leave a key for your convenience..

The neighborhood

I love the neighborhood for the easy access to everything that a California beach community has to offer.. Great Weather, tons of activities and wonderful food from every background..

Getting around

Uber is my favorite way to travel on vacation.. The Uber's average time to pick you up in my area is 3-8 minutes.. There is public transportation, but I recommend having your own vehicle.. Your time is very valuable and the buses are time consuming, and sometimes confusing..
