"The only thing I didn’t like when we were arrive, there were no valets out there and then we were leaving so come up after my husband had the car already unloaded that was the only thing about staying at your hotel. That was not great for me. I have a hip problem and have a walker, and if I had came with a girlfriend of mine that we travel a lot, we would’ve been waiting a long time for someone to help us because she’s also a cancer patient but other than that, the state was wonderful. "Not a very friendly check in! The guy who was encharged seems that was resting inside or busy with some other thing and didn’t showed very happy with somebody checking in after 8 pm! The water from the shower was horrible!! Seems to be desalted water… once you use soap, it wasn’t possible to take off from my body! Very uncomfortable feeling every shower!! A compliment to the in dining service though! Great service and good food! "

"This was a BEAUTIFUL property! Loved the architecture and design of the room. However, we did experience what felt to be prejudice behavior from one of the waiters in the dining area. She was a white woman short hair. She came to our table all of once. Never asked if we needed a refill, if we were okay… but when to all the tables around us with white guest. Still a beautiful place. "
