"Location was close enough to everything without being right in the middle of traffic. Is a little further than I would want to walk for the beach, but not terrible for getting to downtown shops and restaurants. The home is spacious. It has two bathrooms, but only one shower…this could be difficult for groups traveling with over 3/4. The staircase is definitely not older-adult friendly, but the downstairs rooms are. "Clean rooms and great environment "

"We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and it was perfect. Cozy and clean and within walking distance to all the downtown fun! The walk was enjoyable for us but you may need a golf cart if you have some younger kids with you! "

"My wife and I wanted to be gone from snow in Colorado and closer to our daughter in Memphis while enjoying beach walks and great southern food dishes (daughter expecting first baby first of April). Very light traffic area. Close to park and walking path. Short walk to the beach. Close to big box stores if needed and close to good eating spots. Property was as described. Great communication with hosts. No issues during our one month stay. Everything you need is here for kitchen, laundry, etc....
