"My daughter and I traveled with our two frenchies to enjoy a beach escape. This was the perfect place! It's close to the grocery store, food, parks, and the beaches! We had an issue with the screened room door, but they came out and fixed it. That made the stay even better as we were able to access the backyard without going through the side gate. Those with smaller dogs may want to make sure you secure your pet on a lead until you know if they can fit under the fence or not. There is one side...

"Terrible checkout. Due to miscommunication we were called liars by owner and treated with terrible customer service. We apologized SEVERAL times for mix up. We were then charged an extra $200 for an hour and half late check out. Book at your own risk !!"

"A perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Bring your boat or take the water taxi and leave everything behind. We had an amazing time on our week long trip. Combing the beaches on secluded islands to just relaxing on the screened in porch in total silence. The beach house had everything we needed and was very hidden away from our neighbors. "My family and I had a wonderful Father's Day weekend. The place was even nicer than the pictures. The proximity to the beach was nice as well. Even without being beach front, it was only a short walk and you were on the beautiful beach! Very nice and clean, we would definitely stay there again. Thanks."

"We loved the location! Just a short walk across the street to the beach! Close the the Cortez bridge and marina for easy dining and getting off the Island easily! Very clean and outfitted with all we needed! Having beach chairs in good condition was a real plus! The courtyard is so well kept and we used the grill and ate outside! We had a great stay!!!!!"

"Perfect location, we walked to stump pass a couple times and when we just wanted to sit on the beach it was very close. The backpack style beach chairs were convenient and we made good use of the shark teeth equipment and found a lot of sharks teeth. The kayaks were a highlight, easy to put in across the street and you don’t have to go very far to have the dolphins swim right up to you! Just down the canal that you put the boat in and hang a right and maybe a quarter mile and the dolphins are...

"Room was well kept. The location was perfect for our trip. The lake was nice to sit and have a cup of coffee in the mornings. Whenever I had a question, the host responded quickly. The pool and pool area was nice, although we did not use it. There was a problem with the air conditioning one evening, but the host was able to repair it the next morning. It may need some additional maintenance. The kitchenette has no stove, but there was a toaster, toaster oven, electric skillet, electric stove top...
