"The room was beautiful better than expected"

"We were there the week following Memorial Day and the pool was not open/under renovations, the restaurant/bar was not open at all in the afternoon or evening when we arrived but was open for breakfast next day. The staff person was very nice and accommodating, but he was the only one there and seemed to be racing around from one location to another. Nice layout, and although we were expecting to be I. The Main hotel ( as we thought we booked) the sister hotel down the road where the pool was...

"It is an old motel but it is updated and clean. Beds are comfortable and the staff friendly and my friends and I love the bar on the beach. Always a great time!"

"The good: Room and property were relatively clean but are showing their age. Food at the hotel restaurant was good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The bad: Deceptive pricing. They charge a $42/day non-optional "resort fee". This is not clearly stated on Expedia or the PV website. For this fee you get standard, expected amenities: wifi, beach towels, in-room safe, bottled water, etc. By the way, you get 2 bottles of water for the entire stay - not each day even though the fee is per day....

"Establish hotel phone. The rooms will clean, gotta fridge. And you know, easy commute to Stores and Other Places and Pool too And it's not far from way in places you can fish, too."

"Loved the keyless check in! Made it so stress free. Room was so beach themed it felt like vacation, as it should, most hotels do very little in this area. Rooms were also updated. Beach was gorgeous and clean with many amenities. Right across the street. Area was very quiet. We actually cannot wait to come back! Thank you! Jill"

"Very expensive for an outdated, no amenities and very limited breakfast bar with expired milk. Very good location and friendly staff. Room was not very clean. Had a broken tile on the bathroom floor. The elastic in the sheets was worn from being old and wouldn’t stay on the king-size bed. Not sure I would go back to this hotel."
