"Nicolo is the best. If you are unable to let him know when you are going to arrive, there is a number for you to call him to come let you in. We did that and he appeared in less than 5 minutes. Parking was easy, just across the street. Nicolo is a great guy and very helpful. Room is great. The whole B&B looks new and fresh. You really should be very pleased with your stay. We were."

"The check in process was easy and well communicated. The pictures did make the place look bigger than what it was but was still good space. It was close to mondello beach but the neighborhood was a little more run down than expected. It had a gas oven which was nice but other amenities were missing. "Sicily is an amazing town but the accomodation at the villa was the worst ever. Starting with the basic cleaning status of the villa, the toilet is teribble very very old . The shower is compeltely rusted.. there is no garabage bin (which is considered a basic thing). The surrounding area without a car is unsafe due to dangerous free dogs, although we were not informed about that. The tenant is not honest at all especially regarding electricity consumption.
